Zindagi Mehfooz is a mobile-based intervention program in Pakistan that aims to improve the vaccination coverage of children in the country. This program is a joint initiative of the Government of Pakistan and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The main objective of this program is to increase the number of children who are fully vaccinated by the end of 2016.

This program is implemented in four different stages: the first stage is the registration of children when they first appear at one of the participating vaccination centers. The second stage is the follow-up of children after they have been registered. The third stage is the completion of the vaccination course. And the fourth stage is the end of the month when the last vaccination is to be completed.

In the first stage of the program, children are registered when they first appear at one of the participating centers. In this stage, the children's details are collected, including their name, date of birth, and place of birth. The children are also given a number and are registered in a separate list.

In the second stage of the program, the children are followed up till the end of the month when the last vaccination is to be completed. The caregivers are reminded of the upcoming vaccination by SMS.
